Automobile manufacturer released their first innovative electric car design and required a large-scale, interactive launch event in the heart of Paris. CWT Meetings and Events secured a large-scale event space with a prime, city-based and appropriately named venue, Electric. The team developed a tagline that translated to get plugged in which worked well to represent the new development and interactive event too. The team had also transformed the 22,000 square foot rooftop into a vehicle test track-with views to match-leaving over 300 important attendees with an unforgettable.

Oil and gas suppliers provided CWT with the challenge of: meeting target savings, reducing travel costs while providing high-level service to employees. CWT took on the challenge and discovered that the client was spending money on loss/collision waivers that were not negotiated in the contract, causing a loss of 397,000 dollars. As a result, CWT negotiated a reimbursement with the supplier after extensive analysis and no off-contract insurance would be sold to the company there onwards. More than half of the cars provided were larger than required and inefficient on fuel. CWT advised the client to switch to smaller, fuel-efficient cars automatically savings US$350,000 annually.
